Hope this message finds you well. Have been trying to write earlier, but every time I try to write, tears just filled up my eyes.

Same date last month, BobBob left us, our hearts were broke into pieces. We were not sure if we can stand the viewing at that time, but we are glad that we did. Thank you very very much for looking after BobBob for us those few days, and when we saw our beautiful Boy that one last time, we knew that he was treated very well, that gave us so much in comfort dealing with the saddest moment in our lives.

Thank you for your professional services during the very difficult and emotional time we had. You have everything set up so perfect while we didn't even know what to ask for at that circumstances.

It is very hard for us not to have BobBob around, we still miss our boy soo much, everything seems not right. But we are glad that we have our boy's last moment put in your hands. We have the chance to farewell our lovely boy, in which if we did not come for the viewing, we may regret more for the rest of our lives.

No words can express how much we miss our boy, and no words can express our appreciation to what you have done for us.
