We are a family owned and operated business, who as animal lovers understand what it means to lose a fur friend and member of the family.

At Heavenly Creatures our mission is to create a caring environment for families to farewell their loyal friend. We started the business in hopes of creating a place of peace for both you and your pet. Our small, dedicated team personally carries out every single cremation with compassion and respect. 

To ease the burden of the decision making process during this difficult time we have created a range of Pet Cremation Packages to suit individual needs.

Our Bronze Package includes a scatter box.

Our Silver Package includes your choice of either a White Ceramic Urn or Garden Stone.

Our Gold Package includes your choice of either a Photo Box or Brass Box.

Finally our Platinum Package includes your choice of a Metal Paw Urn or Chrome Urn with Wings.

All of our packages include the loving cremation of your pet, a certificate of authenticity (our guarantee that you will receive all of and only your pets ashes), transfers to and from your home or vet (a surcharge may apply for after hours and for suburbs outside Sydney Metro), an engraved plaque, all packaged with elegant packaging and a scattering of pot pourri petals.

As many of our clients require additional help through the grieving process we offer a state of the art Viewing / Condolence Room where you can choose the option of a small farewell with your pet or a full length viewing which allows you to oversee the beginning of the cremation process. Here at Heavenly Creatures we have an open door policy.

In addition to the pet cremation packages we also offer a range of Keepsake Memorial Products as well as Cremation Jewellery and Cremation Beads that you can purchase separately or at the time of cremation.Why not keep a lasting memento of your dearly departed pet.
